Hey I need help on how to get a .exe to run without needing to type in the admins password or something like that.

To give them, you'd need to know the password. There's no loophole or a way around giving the password. You just need to get it. If you forgot your password, you could try to crack it with a brute program, or something like that, assuming you remember some of it, or it's a simple password.

There are many ways around it, but I'm going to assume it's set up like this by your parents for a reason, and as such I will respect their wishes. If you want to run something, get permission from the admin.

I understand but I can't keep calling them when I want to run it, gets quite annoying for both me and my parents.All I am asking is there a way to open the program with out needing the admin all the time?

Well Jeff would probably have a better answer, but if you can trick them in to letting you install a program that automatically saves in a text file whatever you're typing on your keyboard when it's running (hidden, in the background ofc) that might get you the password. I don't know a program like that, but you could try to write one yourself.

That's pretty devious and underhanded though, so you should probably just show that you're worthy of their trust and talk about getting admin rights permanently like an adult.

In that case, you need to get your parents to stop UAC from getting in the way. You can disable it completely, but that's not something you really want to do unless you're a power user. Instead, you'll want to "whitelist" the application so that UAC doesn't give you that popup when that application gets run. This is an article that goes over 3 different ways to stop UAC on the specific application. I think for ease of use, I'd recommend the last one, but if your parents are up to it hopefully they'll try either of the last 2.
