Hello! I posted a RHG Character in the appropriate forum, but I cannot figure out how to upload a 150x150 pixel picture of my Gladiator, nor can I figure out how to add a link for my Demo.
I am a complete newb to the community and any step-by-step process of any length( in-depth or short and simple) would be greatly appreciated.

If it requires using converters, different webpages, or anything I wouldnt really know about, Please say what I need to know!!! Thanks=]

For a picture, do these steps:

1-make the picture of your rhg (obviously with canvas size of 150x150)
2-once your done with your epic picture, go to File --> publish settings
3-once there you'll see a little boxes checked and others unchecked, you must check the little box that says "PNG" format that's te best image quality in flash for what I know
4- click publish

Then if you go to the folder where you created the fla for the picture, there should be a file inpng format already created

Now for the upload things, every image and or animation should be uploaded here www.fileize.com in each upload will give you a short link to share with others, a direct link and a BB code link (for forums)

To post you image, upload the png file to fileize, then copy the link in the BB code box given, and paste it into your thread, now for your demo, you must upload the swf of your demo to fileize and then just copy the smallest link given in the first box, not the BB code one, that's more useful for pictures

I got stuck there too, I was trying to open up my picture in google then import it onto forums and it didnt work soo I got mine from fluidanims
