Problem With Chat Bar

I believe the chat bar in the lobby is messed up or something. I'm trying to chat with someone and the scroll bar never goes down and its annoying. Also, when I chat, you don't see my message and I have to keep pressing enter for the person i'm chatting to see my message.
Is anyone else experiencing it?

Edit the first one isn't really a complaint, but the secomd one is.

It's not a personal issue, so you can stop saying "I HAVE THIS TOO!" or "Same"
:D
Also, this issue is not present in 100% zoom(which the screen itself doesn't fit).
