She can do powerful combos with her legs and she can form a dark shock wave/ dark energy from her legs to shoot to her enemies.
She usually only uses her feet for fighting.
Weakness
Her shock wave can only be shot from a short range. Her legs are her only weapon, She can't do powerful attacks with her hands.
Personality
She tends to stay cool at all times. She's a bit shy and has a lot of mood swings.
She also doesn't want to show her face, hence is why she wears her mask.
Story
When Rue is at the age of seven, A bunch of thieves came in to their house and demanded for all their money.
After getting everything, They thieves killed her whole family and Rue tried to escape. She fainted after her legs being badly damaged.
She recovered after being hospitalized and agreed with a scientist to give her mechanical legs.
With her new legs she plans on taking revenge from the murderers of her family.
