This looks pretty good! I won't go too indepth with CnC since you probably didn't spend days on this XD The value is pretty good, and the background and the lightings nice. To make it a little better, I would make some of the darker places darker, and I would try to remove the lines surrounding some of the elephant so it looks more realistic. It's also a bit grainy, but that'll just turn into me being nit picky about it. :P Nice job.
