I like it but I found some flaws. 1st, I noticed the blood seems to curl around his eye, and this is my opinion, but maybe like a drop going over his eye or some that is actually over his eye would make it a little better. And that part of his hair where the ice is looks strange to me. With the way you made this art, the ice doesn't look like it belongs. Well, thats my cnc for you. I'd say practice your lineart, it's very sloppy and hinders the final product of your artwork.
Use a higher stabilizer to get those lines nice and smooth-like, and for god's sake: Use a smaller pen e-e
