well, this is what i've done to todays practice :D

please leave some tips so i can pick that up and throw it hard but nice into my animation.

I don't really get what was happening in some scenes.
The angles are just too confusing.
For your movements, It's really wobbly and adding more frames can work too.
You need to ease everything.

In the second one I really felt like I was being beaten up...
The only tip I could really give is try to add more frames and maybe add lines for the hips and a line for the head in the background to stop resizing
