Ok, I've seen quite a few avatars that look pretty wicked (IE - CrazyJay) So I was wondering, is there a specific program you can use to make them? If there is, that'd help a lot.

Flash, Photoshop, & SAI.
These 3 programs is what people commonly use for artwork.

I never use photoshop for drawing, just for editing.
For actual digital art, I use SAI and flash. My avatar was made entirely in flash.

I use entirely flash
But there are others who use a wide variety of programs

Thnx, and I do use Paint a lot, but the files are too big to upload :-\ ill see what I can do
