Elaborate, I don't know what you're seeing, but none of what you just said made any sense at all.
The title says in clear big blue font "This is really sad". The only thing sad about the situation is the mentality of a girl who kicked a 3 year olds balls.
Who does that? Rash maybe, but far from sad. Yes, no man likes to get a shot to the groin, but it's not something for a random web user to give any shits about.
Especially if it's just talking about an irl event that only techmaru knows about, if it was on the news like the bus driver who shoryuken'd a girl then it'd be worth talking about.
