Yeah, wounds can be healed, but only if the wounds were made AFTER the negate link was created.

Example:

creates negate link -> gets wounded -> uses negate link. That way, wounds are healed.

gets wounded -> creates negate link -> uses negate link. Wounds aren't healed.
