What is double framing?

Copying the same frame twice.

I think it might be that you can't post something twice.

It's for people who haven't adjusted yet to higher frame rates.

Double framing is when your make the same frame twice, so basically F7, F6, F7, F6 and so on.

I really find this stupid considering you can just use a lower framerate then doing that.
