fixed
EDIT: It's too stiff, and the legs don't even look like they cross. When you run, you don't have you back completely straight and your arms straight behind you, do you?
Also, move both legs in smaller movements so we can tell that they cross.

Also (adding on to what Dark said), you are going to want to move the arms for a more realistic look, rather than having them behind him making the character look dumb.

ITS NARUTO
Add more in-between frames so that the crossing of the legs is more evident. Right now, it looks like the stickfigure is sort of gliding across the ground.
I like how he picks up speed with that blur, though. Keep practicing.

Add more frames, ease more.

That was better, try to exaggerate the movement of the arms and legs more to make look more appealing.

It's too choppy. Take more time on your animations. Add more frames in between to smoothen it out and when a person is running they kick their leg out to some extent. Your run cycle has the legs behind the body.
keep on practicing
keep on practicing

He starts pretty awkward. He also resizes in the middle. Try to make a good sign of his arms moving smoothly from left to right not all shaky and that.
Try to smooth it up a bit more when he starts running, it still looks choppy. Otherwise not bad. Keep practicing.
