Where to start?

1. It looks like you mashed up random colors, purple red and blue, the shit?
2. It seems to had troube cutting out the render but made up for this by using that super thick glowing effect, you just painted over the outside and used the smudge tool, could have at least made it transparent and more smoke like
3. Giant black void in the uper right corner, wtf?
4. It's Guild Wars...MMORPG's = fail.
5. You didn't use tags.

Edit: TF2 is only for those who are super asshole graphic geeks.... It's like cs or css the only changes is that it's cartoony style and the characters got specific weapons! plus it sucks.....

No, I'm one of those kids who find runnign around doing some ****ing quest for an hour, and clicking on an enemy to attack him or clciking some square and the attack is done for you don't find it entertaining. I can give two shits about graphics.

My god have you even seen TF2? CoD4 is more about graphics, TF2 is about gameplay and teamwork, the graphics are as simple as they can get without dropping back to the 90's.
