I did, but I can't use the same debit card again cuz i used it before. Here's what happened, I signed up for PayPal. Then I put in my debit card in Then, I had to wait for two deposits which never arrived. Soo, I derped, and deleted the account to make a new one. Now here's the problem, I tried to put my debit card in again but they won't allow it cuz i ready used it, or its in use already. How do I fix this? (Sorry for being an Obnok..err..being off topic)
