How do i make that thing under his feet

Zoom in and study the animation, and you'll notice it's actually really simple. It looks like all he did was make an alpha circle, and then put some scribble patterns around the inside edge of it, and put in a movieclip so that it would loop. Then he put the movieclip under his feet, and tweened it to expand and fade.

:L that sounds like alot of work
