About the animation. Its nice, I think the "squiggly-ness" of the particles is nice at the start of the explosion, but at the end where there's just a few left it starts to lose its appeal.
Im not so sure about how to get around that though, maybe change it so that at the end they fall to the ground?

explosion type particles falling to the ground would look a bit weird i think.

Ew, the explosion was pretty sloppy mang.
the dissapation looked like you were zoomed out at 100% and drew it with the biggest brush size.
