so lets say your makeing a basic combo no effects or any thing
so here is the animation we will disect

the backround is just white and i also made a big fat stick for the floor
so to start off what really is this combo.
kick, punch, throw, stomp, stomp, elbow.
now since it would take hours to look at this anim frame by frame lets just look at the main parts
the first five frames are just the character staying in the same place

in frame six he leans bachwards a little

in frames six threw nine the guy just runs forward
in frames ten threw thirteen he starts to land with his foot turned out and leans back.

in frame fourteen he kicks out and i put a small trail on (he jumps into the air as he kicks)

in frames fifteen threw twenty three he recoils and both of his feet touch the ground his arm also comes into position to punch. (the reactions are normal)

in frame twenty three he punches the other guy in the stomach and leans onto the other foot

in frames twenty four threw twenty seven he puts his foot down and his arm comes down (i put a trail on frame twenty four)

in frames twenty eight threw thirty two he takes another step and his arms are at his sides

in frames thirty three and thirty four he starts to take a step and his arms come up

in frames thirty five and thirty six he grabs the other guy.

in frames thirty seven threw fourty he swings the guy around

in frames fourty one threw fourty six he trows the guy and he falls on the ground

in frames fourty seven threw fifty five the victim bounces slightly and the other guy does an ariel

in frame fifty six he stomps on him

in frames fifty seven threw sixty he bounces off the guy

in frame sixty one he stomps again

in frames sixty one threw sixty eight he bounces off then lands and swings his arms up

in frames sixty nine threw seventy two he jumps up and start to fall elbow first onto the victim

in frames seventy one threw seventy five he land right on him

the for the rest of the frames they just bounce a bit then stay in place

I know i did not go over the reactions but just make sure that the victim does not just fall down after one hit and in this animation he takes two steps back on the kicks and one on the punch.
I did not applie physics to the ariel because it may look less realistic but it looks cooler.
There has to be a flow to all of the attacks so when he kicks for the first time his whole body moves forward same with the punch.
when he throws the victim his arms fly up like they should then he lifts one foot off the ground and his arms swing upward but the only reason this worked was beacause the momentum of the throw went into the ariel
