Firstly! You need a new layout and your flag is noobish
Secondly! Practice alot! The better you get, the better animators you attract.
That's all for now
MOst of your front page doen's match and it looks bad. And on some parts, it says your full. Also the glowing words look bad. Just use a colored font for now.
