Well obviously you guys didn't look at the chat thread so what happened is the spam-o-matic was accidentally used on Hewitt and they're trying to recover his account while he takes a short vacation. It will be back, but you guys'll have to wait a while :/

I've viewed the chat thread already and read the stories. I simply posted it for some guys here that wouldn't know or would not usually check the Chat Thread.

Yeah, it'd be fine. There are a few wRHG's here based/from
the game Stick Empires so Skyrim should be okay.
Writing about a giant lizard man would be fun too. As long as it isn't OP.

Yeah, it's allowed. Do make sure it's still well written, however: the little note in the wRHG character rules exists because of some other wRHGs that were more or less a bunch of videogame stats rather than actual characters you could easily write about.
