EDIT: Would there be an agreed upon cause for the battle, or every writer on their own for it? Your idea your rules, just curious

Would be interesting. Like I mentioned. I do want to put a whet stone to my writing blade and thus this could work. Could do a 5 man royale if Crank joins?

We could do that if Crank wants to. It would count towards our characters's standings of course. As of right now, we have me, Ignus, Cass, and Saul. Crank if you'd like to join, shoot me a pm. Crank would be the last to join, though. Idk how we're going to do it if we reach like 10 people.

I doubt that will happen, the amount of people in here who think this won't work outnumber the ones who do....

Haha, believe me. Between your ambitiousness, Cass's willingness, Nest's excitement and my work ethic, we can easily pull it off. Actually... I already started planning it and have the story I'm writing in place. Just waiting to see whether Clank is joining to put final touches on the idea. But I'm fleshing it out a bit today before I head to bed.

I will. But I think it's safe to say we'd pretty much all be sharing the role of "host" if we're all looking to do something of this scale. And after trying something similar to this with Najenda, shadowmirror, and Azure (that didn't quite go through in the way we were hoping for at the time)- there are a few things I want to try and push with this.


1) Communication.
We're going to need to find a way to all keep in touch. Personally, I'd recommend setting up a Skype group- though just a standard SP forum thread could also work for this, albeit potentially not as well.

2) Deadlines.
We're going to need some form of mutually understood deadline, should communication fail. For example- we could say that... by August 4th (New York / U.S. East Coast Time), or a week from the time I post this- all edits to profiles and such would need to be completed. We could then say that by September 4th- or about a month from when all profile edits would need to be done, that the battle stories would need to be done. Obviously, the dates I'm proposing wouldn't need to be final (especially with 6 people, I could see this stretching to November 4th, for example) but we'd need to set them up, which- if you're following- is why we're going to need good communication. :)

3) Format.
But what good is having 6 people writing a story if none of them know what we're actually... doing... with them, or how to even post them? This is something we should try and establish together, and the sooner the better. Understand that a project of this scale could easily stretch into winter, and mess with our commitments all the way into spring even if we do it right. No pressure, haha~


But yeah! I'm gonna say... I will be skewing my personal schedule around a bit to match what I proposed here (fix up the profile n shit by the 4th) and anyone who wants to set up a thread or skype convo or anything to that effect for this can reach out to me through this thread or PM. Then based off who's still around for this a week from now, we can make a decision.
