by the way its the damn thing that speeds it up not my animation becuase it was the right time when i made it

To be honest it wasn't sped up, it was slow and choppy.
Try to work on the basics and think more realistic movement than just moving the limb to a certain spot. Also think about easing.

Oh and another note, rather than post multiple times, consider using the edit post button in future.

and see some tutorials, they'll help you, and since you need alot of basic help, post in the beginners thread, you'll get the help you need there.

wow.. that was REALLY slow. A little to slow amd kinda confuzeing. But post in the biggeners section and read some tuts here and on youtube. You'll get better!
