work on easing, smoothness, and shaking. And you made two threads. I suggest a mod delete one of them. Overall, it's pretty good for a begginer.

To make it smoother, animate more frames. As in, make the stick move less in each frame, then make it a higher FPS (after you did the first step).

Why did you post 2 threads of the same thing?

For Shakeyness:
Look at each of your frames, and make sure the character doesnt make and twitches.

For smoothness:
Watch your animation slowly, and make sure that there is proper easing, and nice, realistic movements. If you've got a camcorder, or webcam, make a video of you punching, or kicking etc. , and watch it frame by frame. Then try to incorparate those movements into your animation, and add a few fine tweaks for your style.

ok now I can give you some pointers :D

for a beginner this is actually pretty good.
the run wasn't too bad, make sure that the arms cross each other when the legs push off the ground.
There's some resizing in the back when he runs and some in the feet.
(hint: Don't make the feet too big or else it will look bad)
keep on practicing making your animations smoother and less wobbly.

and at the end of the animation don't make that think where it shows your name because we're trying to focus on the animation. Unless it's a lengthy animation It's acceptable.

nice try
