I'm not sure if trying to convince him to don't do it will work now. He's already screw up mentally, and it'd be dangerous for you ti try to talk with him.

So yeah, I think you should tell an authority BEFORE it's too late to do it. The world doesn't want another slaughter made by a guy with a gun and a mental issue.

No, the last thing he needs is to know that his last friend ratted him out. Find a good psychiatrist for him to help him deal with the problem.

And I'm not sure about that, not because he is/was his friend, is not dangerous for him. You could try to make him understand the situation, and try to get him a psychiatrist... A good one and IF that doesn't work. You should alert to other people.

i not joke about it, if he still carry those gun, then it danger for every body. take those gun too make sure he don't do any thing stupid

What will he do? "hey give me that gun ple--" *shoot* he would be dead before finish the sentence. Even try to do it without being noticed, his life would be in danger too,maybe is not the only gun that he has, and take a gun and try to hide it, it may cause him more problems than what you think.

We're talking about a potencial killer, and the best option for now is to try to help him with a psychiatrist or something. Other than that, I have no ideas, since tell to an authority might cause your friend more psychological damage.

Communicate with him by passing notes through his door or in his school bag or mail post. Warn him to stop or something bad will happen. Anonymously of course.
Idk exactly but try doing that.
Or tell authorities to keep an eye on him.

Actually, It has been studied(I can prove it) that adolescents and younger are quite influenced in violent media.They think its cool, and they want to do it . For example, there was 2 high school guys who decided they wanted to reenact a scene they saw in a game-in real life. Went riddling people with bullets, and were laughing. Got caught, and death penalty was given.

Now, I could be wrong, since usually my "resources" are unreliable. But that friend of yours........scary.

I don't think you should talk to him about it. He may be so far gone he might kill you too. So if I were you, I would move away to like, Cuba, so he would never find you. Start a new life.

Watch violence doesn't make you violent. If you want to imitate something tht you saw in games/movies it's because YOU have a mental issue, not something induced by them.

Oh yeah, run away from the problem seems like very.... BAD idea, it would be selfish to know something like "Oh this guy maybe is going to kill a half or a classroom, and I'm probably the only one that knows about this, but why should I care? Let's go to Cuba and have fun in a beach". Just no...
