I know this is kinda late but, if you make it on paint, photoshop, scan it, ect. and save it and go on Pivot and click file then load backround you can use it on your Pivot animation

Flash, obviously. If you looked around in the thread a bit, you'd see the same question asked multiple times and each time getting the same answer. Try to help yourself next time.

I'm kind of newb in coloring...

At the 3th step,how can you color like that?I have flash pro 8,and i dont know how do that..Very nice tut!

I think you mean 3rd, not 3th. :-P

Anyways, in order to color like that (and im assuming you mean how I colored behind all those lines that make up the mountain) you use layers.

The alpha background (fading blue color) is the lowest layer, meaning whatever you draw in that layer will be behind every other layer.
