The first animation was really stop and go and needed more anticipation for the hits, they all looked kind of jittery. good job on that blur though, it looks really cool. He also popped out and went into his spinning ball thing too fast, the ball was a bit too small as well.
the second animation was very stop and go and could have used more flow. The green guys reactions were very stiff and the first 2 hits he took didnt look right. he didnt really get pushed as back/forward as he should have.

Thank you a lot for your cnc. But I REALLY need help with this whole STOP AND GO thing. I hear it so much but
I have NO CLUE what it means. Can someone give me a thorough explanation of this and give me some tips on
making it less stop and go?

Stop and Go is the basic reliance on spacing and it is very short.

Stop and go:

|-|--|---|-------|--|--|-|

Do you see the huge difference in spacing between the long space and the short.

Normal:

|-|--|---|--------|----|---|--|-|
