- About/Story:
He was an ordinary meteorologist who had to do an emergency forecast in the middle of a large thunderstorm. Lightning was striking everywhere and he eventually got hit and passed out. When he came to the lightning was far away but he could see a figure in the distance that seemed to be looking toward him. He then started hearing whispers that said," Use them wisely." Of course he didnt know what the figure was talking about so he shook it off like nothing happened and continued on with his life. Soon he started noticing all his electrical appliances wouldn't work at his homeand he would get shocked often. He then discovered he could control it and started practicing with it. He has gotten much better
