Umm..the chest should be placed lower beneath the neckline, I see no cornea or pupil, and it's not a manga, it's just a picture.
Clean up your lineart, and try adding highlighted strands in your hair.
Coloring is done well, but try to have the shading define the light source.
Other than that, it's fine.
