No... I actually just win against the beginning game. It prevents and stops my opponent from:

A. Getting Gold

B. Getting Expensive Units

C. Getting Defense

D. Building More Miners

E. Building Any Units.

And what it DOES do is:

A. Let Me Win

B. Get My Opponent Pissed

It works pretty well, the Magikill decimate everything quite nicely :)
