Heat: If he stayed in a very hot temperature place, he can melt into a liquid.
Fire: Just like heat, he can be melt into a liquid, but if the fire is small, he can liquify it.
Story:: He was the brother of Lethal, when Blizzard was about 13 years old, he experimented a high and dangerous potion, the potion can make you a soft and cold pack of snow, when he was running to check his potion, he suddenly slipped and the potion was spilled to his body, he was not able to move nor talk, after 5 minutes, the ice melted and then he found himself that he can shape shift into any objects, he told Lethal that he has powers, now Lethal lead Blizzard to the RHG Town, then he signed up for the RHG and then there, he started battling other RHG's...
