Check front page. I could do my own order, but when I put my walking code and punch/any kind of move code together, I get errors. That's why I only do easy-medium difficulty.

First off, you just took that from open source code found here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/actionscript/samples/drawing_5.html

All that is doing is showing off native 3D plane functions in AS3, but you can still do the same thing in AS2, there are many implementations of 3D engines in AS2. I am not going to waste time recreating that, but I can easily find equal examples. Here is a butterfly in AS2 that rotates and flaps it's wings in 3D. Or, the same guy built a 3D plane moving towards the screen in this example. Even better, this is a simple room in first person, like a shooter.

I know what you're trying to say, but you're just wrong in this instance. There are some things that AS3 can do and AS2 cannot because they were never implemented, but you are using poor examples that don't demonstrate this. AS3 definitely makes a lot of things better, but with enough tools at your disposal there is practically nothing within reason, and especially nothing in this thread that AS2 cannot do and AS3 can. AS2 is just much simpler and less efficient than AS3, so doing anything complex SHOULD be done in AS3. AS3 has things like file operations, more events, stage3D and other shit that doesn't really apply here. You were saying that a particle emitter couldn't be made in AS2, using it as an excuse not to do the project, which is flat out wrong as well.

no, its just that it easier for me to do in as3, because i can't do things like that in as2,
