Sound effects always lag behind for me and it throws the lipsyncing off, I don't know what I'm doing wrong. It's a 1 minute animation, maybe 20 layers in the whole thing, I dunno what it is. It's annoying. Does anyone know what may help?

thank you and how do I do that?

When your on the frame you inserted sound. look at the bottom of the document. See the options about sound? select stream in sound options.

If you can't find it ill post pics in a week as im going away tommorow
