From what I know, when a new competition is released such as the GTL that had allowed users to customize the sp introduction, the thread would have the download link to the intro (that threads gone now though). Or when your animation is getting sponsored by sp, one of the admins would send you the sp introduction.
But other than that, if you still really want it you have to ask people that already have it or find it somewhere lurking in fileize or any other swf sharing site.
