I love this video, however. I'm glad you posted it. It has a great story, a great video, and farther than superb animation. The song itself is awesome.

Here's what it's about for those who don't know:

2 friends ride their bikes with no handlebars, as if to show what they're capable of. Then they go their own separate ways, like in life. One goes on to become a politician, the other is the beginner of a rebellion. Battle ensues. The two friends see each other, and the politician sees his friend killed.

It shows what the government can bring on without them even knowing it. Either that, or how the government can easily lose control of a situation.
