Slime-E's Nucleus
Slime-E has a nucleus. It is a tiny orb that glows a light blue. With it, Slime-E is able to stretch his body and condense. Without it, he cannot control himself. He will just lay in a puddle. With it, he is incredibly strong and agile. This obviously gives his opponents reason to separate him, to try to find it in him. He must also protect it, flinging it from one slime piece to the next if he is separated, until he gets back together.

Abilities
(Note that these abilities are assuming he has his nucleus)
Slime-E can control his density
Make more of himself, (create more slime)
Shoot his slime
Shapeshift
Weaknesses
Of course, if anybody removes the nucleus from him, he will be unable to control his density/body parts. He can also be burnt with fire, or frozen and unable to move! Just make sure he cannot escape in any way...
Story
Nobody really knows, to tell the truth. All we know for sure is that he is DEFINITELY is NOT of this world. The rest is classified intel that only the Nicaraguan government has.

If his whole body is slime, how strong is he relative to a normal human, and can he fire projectiles from his body as a result?

It might be worth it to throw a few other weaknesses in there. There isn't much a regular person can do to freeze someone; maybe he's flammable and/or vulnerable to electricity?

Yes, he can. He can harden his body so it's as strong as an average human aged 23.

Also, good idea with the weeknesses.

He could be just as sensitive to the elements as a human would be without clothes, perhaps. Projectiles would pass through him if he had an idea of where they were going so that he could react and loosen his body in time. Maybe if people confused Slime-E, and then struck, it would be much easier to hit him due to an imbalance in his solidity.
And just from reading your demo/background, I'd say using big words and riddles would create such an effect. That's my hunch.

A couple 'o random questions:

-If he fires a projectile using the slime from himself, will he have to recover it by making his way over to where it landed? Will he have control over the detached part? Or by projectiles, do you mean he can use random objects he might find as ammo for, say, an arm cannon?
-When he transforms into an object that's normally mechanical (like the giant drill), would he even be able to harden enough for the drill to really deal some serious damage?

Luzoto: Yes, he can harden so much that nothing will be able to puncture him. He can increase his body mass. Also, yes, he can recall the body part, (limited control over it) But not able to control it so much that it could, let's say, attack the oppenent from behind.

Hey, should I use the more experienced Slime-E who leads Delta, or should I treat him as if though he just applied for a battle the day after the events of your story/demo?
