I just got back from watching Ted.
Overall I enjoyed it....It was funny, it was kinda cute, the end is cool, but it is incredibly obvious that Seth MacFarlane tried to make it like Family Guy. If you go see it, you'll understand what I mean by that.

I just finished watching Spirited Away. That movie is weird, but really great.

I just finished Enter The Void, probably one of the worst movies I've ever seen. It was trash. I only sat through the whole thing because the ghost noclipping was a slightly fun and I was hoping for some kind of mindfuck that never came. Japan has to be one of the worst possible places to be a drug dealer in the world, second only to China; the protag deserved to get shot. But Jap cops never shoot anyone, and they randomly just opened fire because he was hiding in a stall? It's hard to fucking find DMT in the US, how did he even...? He fucked that dude's mom, and I'm supposed to take that seriously? LOL. The plot can literally be told in three sentences, and just that little bit is completely fucking flawed garbage! The rest is two boring hours of repeating the same events and showing his nauseatingly ugly whore sister, the worst character ever, piece of shit. Oh man.

EDIT: OH, and the protagonist sounded just like 2-D. I actually pretended it was him for a bit.

Maybe because I'm a giant Gaspar Noe fanboy I went into it kind of knowing what it would be like and that's the reason I like it so much but..

It's not just that he was hiding in a stall. He threatened that he had a gun... Which is UBER illegal in Japan. Not to mention that he had a ton of drugs, which are also incredibly illegal.

Anyway, it's actually a really good movie. I'd suggest watching it again. I don't really see how it's flawed garbage. The entire movie except for the first 30 minutes or whatever is an out of body experience... or an after death experience. And all of the directors movies are really tied in with sex and taboos and shit, just like the sister in Enter the Void. I'm sure you caught on to all the incestuous feelings.

And just like his last movie the camera work is FUCKING AMAZING. And the editing too. Like fuck, you'll probably never see camera work that fucking great anywhere. I think movies are way more than just the story. Like you really have the appreciate how the movie was shot because a lot of directors don't put that much effort into camera work. And man, those special effects. They're so god damn good.

Although I agree it gets kind of self masturbatory after the first hour with all of the repetition and "oh look im Gaspar Noe." Its still totally badass though.


Anyway, I'd say watch it again in a few weeks and maybe you can appreciate it more. It definitely isn't trash. A ton of people at Cannes said it was their favourite film that was shown.

Also to anybody that likes the movie or whatever, check out the vice documentary on Gaspar Noe, it's filmed while he was filming Enter the Void and its pretty interesting.

Assassins creed lineage,a combo of 28 days later and alien they were really good and that combo movie was great like this 13 year old boy woke up in a hospital with broken legs but no one was there so he got on a wheel chair,he saw his best friend was a hobo and then after a few days his friend went crazy.Then he found a sewer to escape in so he won't die cause his friend had a knife and h saw everyone there everyone in the town then his friend fell in the sewer and hit his head and went to normal.then the boy said oh god you stuck everyone to the wall and killed them and some one fell off into his hands and said ...it...was not...you...it...was...him...........then they saw an alien and killed it and helped everyone
