I would have put this in the movie section, but lord knows nobody would really see it and it's help I need.

Anyway, a few years back I watched a movie accidentally because I ended up leaving the remote on my fireplace and it melted leaving me stranded on some odd channel. It MAY HAVE BEEN Omni1/Omni2 or something of the sort that would play movies that aren't in english on an otherwise english channel. It played mid-day, and it was a Bollywood movie. Real actors, not many special effects, nothing too fancy, beautiful scenery and outfits.

As far as I can remember, there was a woman as one of the main characters. She was due to get married and basically a genie was messing around with the lot of characters. It had english subtitles and I wouldn't be able to tell you the language. The genie was able to transform into people which was how he was causing the most damage in the movie, and when he resorted back to his "natural" appearance, he was just an orb of light.

That's basically all I can remember, I know it's vague but by the looks of it there aren't many movies that fit this plot and I'm hoping someone out here may have seen it. I've been dying to see it fully since 2010 now, I missed the ending due to my skating lessons.
