I mess up the beginning with the SA battles and my opponent calls "gg" 1 minute in. I stall with my sword wrath so I can get a CA (at this point I'm at 6 pop vs his 12 pop, and this is 2 minutes in), then get a wall quickly so that it would be harder for him to rush in with spearton walls. I manage to hold off his spearton and archer attacks for a while by using speartons and merics, while getting enough mana for a magikill (I'm at 23 pop 8 minutes into the game). Then when he attacks me with giants and his archers I attack him with my magikill (poison spraying his archers to death as well) and he eventually backs off, after I kill two of his giants with only one magikill. While he gets some Shadowrath and more giants I realise I can't win in a head to head battle, so I decide to shadow spam again... He comes to attack me at 19 minutes, and I stall a bit with my magikill and merics, then I go straight for his statue with my 7 ninjas, using shinobi to sneak past his giants. While he is attacking me with his giants, I stall as much as possible by getting miners and placing them in front of the statue. When he sees my ninjas attacking his statue, he quickly gets 100 mana for resilience, but I finish his statue off a few seconds before his resilience finishes loading.
Just like last time, my opponent could have easily beat me at the beginning by moving his archers to attack my wall, but outside the range of the CA, or at the end by moving his giants behind my statue to attack it (or have 100 mana to get resilience). I was very lucky. Again.
