Post in the GENERAL HELP section not here. You have to have Flash to edit and add sounds.
Besides Flash costs a lot. So your out of luck. Only if your rich,lol.

sense everyone is flaming him for a small mistake (noobs do that you know. Everyone starts off as a noob >_>)
Save it as a gif with the options as:
Frame delay: 6
uncheck merge
shrink frames by 2
Then go to Windows movie maker and import the picture (gif you saved)
add it to the timeline, add anything else you want.
