Most obvious, finish the stickfigure, give it a head. But it's your first, so that ok.
Next, I can't tell what's happening. Is that a teleport?
The step was actually pretty good for your first.
The final bounce was very well done, if you had animated its individual movements it would have been perfect.
Try to just make a walking dude for the next one, ok? Fast movements are easy, but take it slow and follow the tutorials.
Also, if that's your first, then who made your avatar?

Yea, as he said, finish your stick figure and learn how to properly draw one. Seperate limbs. Always.
Then its all a matter of practice after that. Practice your walks, runs, punches, etc... And your good to go :)
