Not bad for a first attempt. A little too heavily spaced though. But then again it depends on what style you're after.
One suggestion if you really like heavy spacing. Use lots of really closely spaced frames to create large amounts of anticipation before the spaced out frames and you will get a real sense of power.

Combos are definately hard. Just go all out and animate a couple hundred frames of the stickfigure throwing different punches and kicks. It doesn't matter how bad it turns out. The point is you won't get better if you don't do it. You didn't get better at drawing stick figures by not drawing stick figures. Am I right?
But yeah, do it. You're going to think it looks like shit (at it probably will at first) but eventually you'll get the hang of it. AND make sure to be as diverse as possible with stances and movements. Make him jump, run, flip. Do whatever. Just blast that music and animate him moving around kicking and punching the air like a spastic for awhile.

Quote from Lethal2I like it, though I don't understand it in the first time watching it. Did he double punched? Haha. But seriously my friend, YOU'RE IMPROVING!!! Keep up man!! :3
I don't like it, lol. Thanks anyways.

For a first attempt, it's impressive.
For combos, try to position figures into fighting poses, for a punch combo, just punch the air around you at different speeds, then notice how your bosy reacts, and also for harder combos look at martial arts movies, like the ending fight of Bruce Lee's Game of Death (JUST the ending, you'll want to kill yourself if you watch any other parts), it has really well done fight scenes with awesome choreograhpy.
But I see improvement, keep it up.

Thanks, but seriously this looks like crap to me. The CnC was very helpful bro. :)
