Okay, firstly you've improved a lot since your last submission, so nice work. The face could still use a little nit-picking, the nose and mouth could be a tiny bit higher, but you've pulled off a passive/bored expression nicely. The hair has a bit to much volume at the top, which looks a bit odd.
Some things to keep in mind are that, in a male jaw you want to use sharp angles and a broad chin (also thicker neck), and in a female jaw you want to use gentler angles and the chin to almost be a point (and thinner neck, although probably still a little thinker than ^^). He looks a little feminine to be honest.
Now the shading. Im glad you gave it a shot, if you know about light sources skip this I guess, but using your avatar as an example, the light would be to the characters left, so certain parts are bright, and the parts that the light wont hit will be darker, everything else is your base colour. On your pic I cant really see a definite source. You also might like to attempt doing this for the hair (which strands/groups will be hit by light and which wont). You could also make the shadows darker so they show a little better.
Okay, and lastly, I dont want to sound like a wanker, but this probably should be in the beginners section. If your worried about not getting any feed back, dont worry, if your attempting full body stuff people will help you out. I think you didnt get any help with your stick figure, mainly because it was a stick figure. Plus you'll probs get help from Xero who knows his shit and can help more than me tbh.
