Pretty nice start.
Make sure you work on your timing and spacing. For example, when the guy is falling after he gets knocked out, he would want to accelerate towards the floor, right now he is moving at a pretty constant speed/not accelerating fast enough. In spacing terms, his spacing would be increasing as he starts moving faster, so slower at the top and faster at the bottom.
Also try to pay attention to anticipation and settles. Right now he starts throwing punches without any indication to the viewer that he is even going to move. In life, we have to build up energy before we throw giant punches and kicks, so try and show that build up of energy in your animation.
As for settles, the same goes when slowing down/stopping. Make sure we see that he is putting energy into stopping his body from moving. After the first two punches, his body stops rock solid. Take a few extra frames and have his body overlap a bit and then let him straighten up.
Will these things take a bit longer? Yes. Will they be hard to see at first? Yes. But they are necessary and will only add to your animation! Keep it up!
