That's really good. The hair that is behind her back looks kind of strange, but good work overall. I never new Soraka had a horn...

Don't know the character, but the art is nice :>

The shadings is pretty clean and balanced, though the shoulders bug me so much.
One of them is prominent and the other isn't, it just gives me an itch that wont go away.

Very beautiful colors, and besides the prominent shoulder, her left arm looks like it's connected to her body in a weird way under her breast.
