Well it looks good, but that first kick is way too eased, the back flip is slow in the middle, and that woosh thing was too sudden. But I can definitely see improvement.

I like it but there's things you can improve:

-The spacing for the initial kick should be reversed. In other words have a long hold/antic, and then snap into that money maker kick pose.
-From there, the antic for the crouch down into the flip can be held longer
-The initial pose when he's in the air, stretch that bottom leg out to make it look like he's pushing off the ground rather than just sorta floating
-Hold the mid-air poses a lot longer and get more frames in there (don't just double or triple frame), this will also make it smoother. I have to respectfully disagree with Ahmad: the backflip is indeed way too fast.
-Hold the antic before the leap off screen longer too.

Overall just hold your anticipations and snap into the key movements such as the kicks and flips. Also, this kind of animation is more suited to a slower framerate like 15 or 18, unless you're going to dedicate the time to make in-between frames and not just double frame where necessary.

Hope this helps :)

The way you talk makes you seem so pro-ish.

I'll take that as a compliment-ish.
