I found this movie called "Sword of the Stranger" and looked at its fighting scenes which were AWESOME

ohh wow sword of the stranger, hey i actually have that movie, it's a very good animation movie and almost of all, i would say the fight scenes in it are just amazing, especially the first intro and the end fight,
it's very well animated and yet, entertaining, i love this one :)

It's a pretty decent movie, decent storyline, amazing animation.
Fun fact: Yutaka Nakamura (The animator for the movie) Did the entire last fight scene by himself.
