I'd choose alien invasions cause I would rather not get eaten by my loved ones

But I think I'd be more ready for a zombie apocalypse. I know how to handle a gun, and my family literally already owns one. So I'd be a bad-ass zombie slayer. B)
Plus, Aliens would be super intelligent and do Probe tests on your brain.

Alien's would be more intelligent (assuming these are humanoid aliens) but it would be easier to fight off a limited force rather than one that not only has a massive presence on the planet from the instant it begins but also gets an extra soldier for every fallen. Assuming the virus is bite-transmitted, ofc.

Zombie apocalypse, no question, much more easier to survive, and at some points can be fun.
