Hey yo, these are 2 colored sketches I have done. The first one which I did a couple of months ago (which some of you may have seen), and the second one which I did today:

Time taken: 25 mins
Mark I (Click to Show)

ZTime taken: 15 mins
Mark II (Click to Show)

Which one do you think is better looking? Which one do you like best?

Try adding some shading. The shadows will really bring out the image and make it look like a three dimensional object. I must say you have the basic anatomy down quite well. The only major anatomy issue I see is her chest on the second image. her bust is too far to the right, and I think her breast that's closer to the viewer should be slightly larger then the one farther away. It just looks like the bust of a women standing straight, when it should look slanted due to the perspective.

Haha yeah I see what you mean about the second picture. But I honestly rushed that one, I made it in about 15 mins. And that's another thing, I really suck at cel-shading. I've tried it before and every time I cel-shade, the picture looks 50 times more horrible.

That's strange considering you seem to have a pretty good grasp of the basics. I have a great suggestion for you. Try shading some basic shapes. I know it sounds boring or noobish, but it is a sure fire way to master basic shading. you're gonna want to do something like this-
Image

Once you can shade with multiple tones and have consistent quality, cell shading will be well within your grasp. Also the picture I posted is good because it labeled all the parts, but there is one flaw. The shadow that the sphere casts should be a uniform dark color. Shadows cast in this manner do not fade out like this picture shows.
But as for the what I said above, that's really all you need to do to figure out shading. Just look up some video tutorials for more help and reference points. You'll get it in no time.

The anatomy for the second one is kinda messed up.

In the first image, the breasts look more like one large breast to be honest, their outlines look more like a complete circle shape.
I'm guessing you did this in Flash, so I guess you can easily fix that with free transform so they give more of an impression of being two circles.
Still, both are very good, I like them.

Other than a shading issue and minor anatomy flaws, I suggest you use smaller range brush sizes or clean up your lineart for this.
It's a pretty nice cartoony style, it kinda reminds me of the way tention draws.
