Well, there are no tuts... Maybe tips . _. but there are no tutorials about making a specific weapon... and it's fine if you don't want mine's, i just were bored so... xD

you can take tutorials about details, like shiny effect or coloring... but not about making specific weapons... Maybe you can look at the sword i made an learn something with it

LOL don't be sad man I thought about using yours for my RHG's second persona. It was really really AWESOME!!!!!!!!!

Apparently even double edged sword isn't original on rhgs anymore. A lot of them already are using just swords, doesn't matter what kind of sword it is.
For the tutorial, you don't really need one. You only need to draw it in your flash, you can use line tool as most people do. If you can't draw your sword then no one is at fault but you. It's just drawing, anyone can do it. Only difference is you'll be doing in flash using a line tool rather than drawing it manually.
