First step was good, but the last part there was choppy. Resizing in the step, tho.
Work on particels, and how they dissolve. Also, you should have used a thinner brush size in the red "explosion" or whatever it was.

Well, not bad. I say your averagely smooth now. Your special effects are bad thought. Don't make them dissapate too fast and add more particles and colors to your special effects. It was short too.
