Anyways, I really couldn't give you good cnc since i'm new to flash as a whole, so only thing I can say is.
Its really fluid,
the smoke effects where on point!
the Yelling sound, even though only used twice, was repetitive.
DON'T CHOO GET LAZEH ON ME! >:O

awesome anim! probably should use a bit more frames in the swinging of the bat, seems like his arms are teleporting from one end to the other with a trail.

Good animation. The only thing that distracts me is the way he grunts lol.
